I love coming here. Not only because of the animals but the staff, especially Leona, are so kind and welcoming as soon as we walk through the door. We have bought several rabbits and just bought a ferret from here. They truly care about their animals. A lot of times when we go in if there are no customers, they are interacting with the animals. The animals are very well taken care of. The customer service team are so personable. I will continue to go in, even just to say hi.

Well, if you have a cat, who’s a picky eater this is the place to go. I found a brand called.Fussie Cat (appropriately) and my cat loves it. Also, they have a formulation of chicken and pumpkin for cat constipation lol.

Not been in this place but a few times but it's pretty cool because for one I have a self serve animal shower. Also I found stuff for my snake because it's hard to find good worms for my snake to eat. Also they have a lot to choose from for all animals like cats and whole section dogs a whole section fish and reptile the whole section plus they have a clearance section.

I have never heard of a Pet Supermarket, what is it? Well, it is a wonderfully clean and staffed big pet store. The staff were extra helpful and knew their trade and pets well. They made suggestions, showed alternative products, and did not mind me asking a zillion questions. Basically, I needed a sounding board and a personal shopper. They went above and beyond and have definitely earned my loyalty as a customer! See you all soon!

Very knowledgeable staff! I went in to inquire about a bunny and the lady that helped me was able to answer all my questions. She showed me where rabbit supplies are around the store and what I would need. The store is always clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend checking Pet Supermarket for any pet supply needs. Or if you're considering purchasing a small pet, bird, or some fish!

The store is well stocked, the dog baths are a great time and aggravation saver. In talking to Chris, the owner, I was greatly impressed by his drive and dedication to provide great services and products to the pet parents in Greenville. Chris and his great staff are working on more outreach projects like sponsorship of pet adoptions, vaccines clinics and more. Stop in and check them out, they're Biscuit (my staffy pal) approved!
